Passenger transport 

All passenger transport takes place subject to the passenger transport conditions of the 'Nederlandse Binnenvaartvereniging' (Dutch Inland Waterway Transport Association) filed with the registry of the District Court of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Dordrecht. 

Towing and assistance 

All towing services and assistance takes place subject to the 'Algemeene Sleepconditien 29 juli 1919' (General Towing Conditions July 29th 1919) filed with the registry of the District Court of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Dordrecht and all pasenger transport conditions of the 'Nederlandse Binnenbeurtvaartvereniging' filed with the registry of the District Court of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague.

Refund

The request for refunds can only be made through direct contact with our office. Refunds are not automatically processed through credit card companies or payment systems such as Buckaroo. Customers must personally contact our office to initiate a refund. We are ready to assist you and ensure a careful handling of your request.
